X Team Training Class Inspired by the P90X

The X Team Training Program inspired by the P90X program is a popular program that is solely based on "muscle confusion." Muscle confusion is when you give the body a variety of differant workouts to keep the body guessing and consistently trying to adapt. it's through this process of trying to adapt where you will experience dramatic results.

There are 3 main aspects that we focus with the X team training program; education, nutrition, and workouts. we have developed a unique 10 week health and fitness book that helps individuals understand the 5 main aspects of developing a healthy body. These aspects are lifestyle changes, cardiovascular exercise, resistance exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching.

with our nutrition program, we hold every individual accountable to weekly nutritional logs all done over the computer, and have a strict nutritional protocol that follows. and our workouts cycle over a period of 3 months in which there are 3 differant phases. Within each of those phases there is no workout ever performed twice.

We have developed these protocols and set them in place to ensure that each client get the results and fitness education that they deserve.
